KCS are able to offer a responsive break-down service to minimise any down-time of any of your catering equipment. This ensures that there is a minimum amount of disruption to your service.

Standard Contract
The Standard Contract price allows for an agreed number of service visits per annum. With this contract option spare parts and emergency service breakdown calls will remain chargeable.

Comprehensive Contract
The Comprehensive Service Contract option offers all the benefits of a Standard Contract. Once again spare parts would remain chargeable but with the added benefit that all emergency service calls are inclusive within the Contract cost.
